What the Kiosk does for you
The Kiosk is TOMM.’s own sales channel, specially designed for on-site bookings.
Booking without staff
Guests book a space themselves, even outside reception opening hours.
Flexible payment
A card terminal at the kiosk, online payment via the guest’s phone, or cash at the counter if you prefer.
Booking via their own mobile
Guests can also use the kiosk by scanning a QR code on their own screen. This is handy when it’s busy, as it prevents queues forming at the kiosk.
Number plate, PIN or barcode
Guests gain entry using their own number plate, a PIN or a barcode card. A key card for the building is not required.
Automatic arrival registration
If a barrier is linked to the system, the number plate is recognised as an arrival as the vehicle passes through. Without a barrier, TOMM. registers the arrival as soon as the guest completes the booking.
Separate from your other channels
The Kiosk operates as a standalone sales channel within TOMM. Your online rates and availability remain unaffected.
Who might find the Kiosk of interest?
Motorhome parks and motorhome sites
For the daily flow of motorhome travellers who stay for short periods and wish to make their own arrangements.
Sites without permanent staff
Guests drive in independently, even in the evening or outside reception hours. Suitable for operating with no reception staff, either fully or partially.
Busy seasonal peaks
As an additional desk alongside the reception, to prevent queues from building up.
Your benefits
- A smoother reception process during peak times

- Arrivals are automatically registered, either via the barrier or at the time of booking
- Automatic processing of bookings and payments

- Integrates seamlessly with your existing sales channels
If you combine the Kiosk with an electrical system and access control, you’ll be taking a major step towards automation and significantly reducing the workload at reception.
